Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě (/ˈsowzɪ/ /ˈwɪslɛ/ [ancient] [boyfriend; girlfriend]) is a subtropical Town located in Pjdrajlikihi Zone, Ěslorvogwin District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě was founded by Zënka Shonhêv, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě has a yearly average temperature of 30°C (86°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě receives an average of 140 cm/y (55 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Overview

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě was founded durring the early 13th century in spring of the year 1241, by Zënka Shonhêv. The establishment of Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Zënka Shonhêv struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě as a prison colony.

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě is buildings are arranged arround a single spacious flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same divine, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its divine. Asside form the revrent worship, you can see the citizens are preparing for something, and that something isn’t good. Weapons are worn openly. Defensive structures have been recently constructed to guard less used areas of the town. Merchants seem very eager to sell their wares at discount prices. Something is coming.

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě. Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.

Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě lost 120 people, 345 livestock, and 24 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 207, when members of Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě's militia enacted an operation to assassinate an enemy general. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Wæm Sowzǐ Wǐslě's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
